What is the range of the InstaGlow™ Motion Sensor Light?
The InstaGlow™ Motion Sensor Light activates instantly upon detecting motion within a 3-6 meter range, providing immediate illumination for enhanced safety and effortless navigation in dimly lit spaces. With zero activation time, the light promptly switches on upon motion detection and remains lit for 15 seconds after movement ceases, ensuring efficient energy usage and convenience.
How long do the battery life last?
Once fully charged via USB drive, the battery life of our InstaGlow™ Motion Sensor Lights can last approximately three months under typical usage conditions. If operated in 'sensor' mode and activated an average of eight times per day, you can expect reliable illumination without the need for frequent recharging for an extended period.
Are InstaGlow™ Motion Sensor Lights suitable for outdoor use?
InstaGlow™ Motion Sensor Lights are incredibly adaptable, offering usage options wherever you can mount them. Indeed, they are suitable for outdoor spaces, adding a touch of ambiance or enhancing safety. However, please be aware that while they are not specifically designed for outdoor use and are not waterproof, they can still be utilized effectively outdoors if kept dry. Therefore, we recommend placing them in areas protected from moisture to ensure optimal performance.
Can the lights be mounted in various orientations?
Our Motion Sensor Lights offer effortless installation and versatile placement options, making them ideal for a wide range of spaces. With their strong adhesive application, you can securely mount the lights on various surfaces and in different orientations. This flexibility ensures that you can position the lights wherever you need them, whether it's on walls, ceilings, or any other suitable surface, to achieve optimal illumination and convenience.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at helpinstaglow@gmail.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to contact us and send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact our support email at helpinstaglow@gmail.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at helpinstaglow@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
